I just put a set of silver gauges on my 07 FLHT standard..40ish cold and 20 hot at idle....that's quite a swing in cold to warm pressure at idle. Up to 60 when riding.
Sounds better than most i've seen. My 06 ultra with stock oil pump runs 40 45 cold and about 7 to 10 hot. Running down the road its about 30. This seems about the norm with my riding group.

This is about right for the later models with the upgraged oil pump. Earlier models (I have two) run 3-5 at hot idle and 30-32 at cruise. The air cooled vtwin does not require high oil pressures; as a matter of fact, high oil pressures can cause aeration. Once the air is in the system, lifters can bleed down and introduce some noise in the valve train.
even at idle I get low pressure on my 08. 2-3 psi. 30is running. these are high volume oil pumps and you get plenty of oil no matter what the gauge says.
