I get a sharp pain in my shoulder when I ride any length of time. I'm gonna need to change my bars to some that extend back toward me a couple of inches.
I don't need apes or anything extreme.
Can anyone suggest something where I won't need to make many modifications, and that will look OK?

Just went through the same thing. Found out handle bar opinion's are just like oil and windshield's. What one guy likes best, the next guy wouldn't take for free. I looked at HD pullbacks, WO 575's and went with the Klockwork's Ergo back's. If possible try to find bikes with the different bars and give them a try. Good luck with your search, think spring!!!!
2009 Ultra Classic and 2006 Ultra Classic , changed both to Wild1Cubbys 575, bigger bar, internal wiring, back 2 inches. They are great people to work with also.
