Default Handlebar suggestions

I get a sharp pain in my shoulder when I ride any length of time. I'm gonna need to change my bars to some that extend back toward me a couple of inches.
I don't need apes or anything extreme.

Can anyone suggest something where I won't need to make many modifications, and that will look OK?

Do you want to keep your hands in the faring pocket or do you just want to be comfortable?

My : I went with Klockwerks Ergo "Back" Bars for basically the same reason you mention.

I like 'em.

Pics on the link below.

Just went through the same thing. Found out handle bar opinion's are just like oil and windshield's. What one guy likes best, the next guy wouldn't take for free. I looked at HD pullbacks, WO 575's and went with the Klockwork's Ergo back's. If possible try to find bikes with the different bars and give them a try. Good luck with your search, think spring!!!!

Same symptoms here. I installed the HD Touring Pullback bars and am now a happy camper/rider.

First figure out where your hands and back are comfortable. Then make up a PVC mock up. Take the measurements off that and start looking for bars.

There is literally every size and variation you can think of, the hard part is knowing what you want.

2009 Ultra Classic and 2006 Ultra Classic , changed both to Wild1Cubbys 575, bigger bar, internal wiring, back 2 inches. They are great people to work with also.
