Default Thanks

So what's with the number of thanks statistics? I just noticed whenever someone posts below the number of posts is "Thanks: X" and Thanked XX in X posts"

What's with that? How do you thank someone so it increments these statistics?

Right now you have to be a "Chosen One" to officially thank anyone.

He's sizing the hole he put in his trucks rear fender when he hit a customers garage while snow plowing. He wrote himself a ticket and then had it fixed. He still has the hole though.

Ooooh, yeah, I remember that. Wasn't that last year or the year before? Damn, I can't get over the fact he's younger than me and yet has that shiney dome. I still love you dawg

Default thanks

Thank you all for the wonderful insight.

If only I was a chosen one, my thanks would be worth something.

The reason I asked, was because I had a really helpful post last night within minutes of asking a question. Really appreciate someone taking the time to help someone out without expecting anything in return.

I find a PM works best. I also make sure and post a thanks. Lots of great people on here, and I can attest to that!
