Default Concerns about the electrical system while doing mods

I have my bike torn apart for the winter doing mods. My tank is off, the whole front end is off, pipes, speed/tach, directionals, and a few other things. I want to do some 12v testing of the radio, amp, different bulbs, dash guages, alarm system, load equalizer/led lights, run some wiring, etc... When I started my mods I pulled the main fuse and battery and then went to town.

My question is I want to put some power back to the system to work on my electrical mods. I don't want the bike to go into a starting mode like the fuel system kicking in etc... I know I could just go to the accessory setting but is that it? Am I missing anything that might be on thats not necessary? With my speed/tach off, partial directionals, etc.. are there any issues that could throw codes that I would have to have the dealer take care of or worse? Should I pull some fuses like the fuel pump, ecm, starter, etc..?

FYI, I can't hook everything back up to be safe because a lot of parts are out being painted/powder coated and at the shop. Before all this computer stuff I use to do all this without a thought. LOL

Thanks for the help,
Mike

Any codes thrown, you can clear yourself. If it makes you feel better, pull the fuel pump fuse if you will be turning on and off your ignition. I wouldn't worry about anything.
