Excellent welding and fab skills!
Nice design too!
Where'd you get the torsion axles?

Nice fab skills.
Nice idea, roll up with a cooler of cold beer and a small pig in the bar-b-que. Instant tailgate.

I think I would have sprung for some custom wheels, but still great innovation !

Nice fab skills.
You beat me to it.
I'd love to have that to pull behind my Pick up for my softball games and other assorted beer drinking festivities.

Nice. I thought I had a good setup with a Harbor Freight trailer with a Sears car carrier bolted to it. This takes the cake. Hauled mine all the way to Sturgis this year. Had some trouble with fish tailing. I like the larger wheel base you did. Seeing this makes me want to do further mods...

Great fabrication skills. You wouldn't happen to have big Cutter's where you work would you? That cradle looks like the frame for a grid in a Cumberland Cutter. You gotta put some slotted mags or wire wheels to match your RK.

The torsion axles are rated at 500lbs i think. But loaded with the crap we carry it was like 400lbs so it rode really well.

I used to do facility/equipment/crane maintenance at a local steel manufacturing plant and the cradle pieces came off a large laser table(capable of cutting 2.5" plate). They were complete circles with a hole in the middle and i stood there looking at them in the scrap bin thinking what could I make out of these. Also in the scrap bin was a couple 50 gallon drums.......the rings fit the drums perfectly so I cut them in half and I milled a bunch of holes in them to lighten them up. They were kinda overkill for this project since they were so thick. 3/4" plate......i coulda got away with 1/2" or less. But beggers cant be choosers I guess.

The wheels were cheap. With tires....new....like $25 a pop. Im still on the look out for some "moon" hub caps for em. I can find 8" moons but cant find 12" ones. So if anybody knows where i can find some hollar.
