Fuelmoto
I talked to them on the phone and ordered/paid for new V&H pipes, PC-V (retro) for my '07, Stage 1. They quoted price for all that plus 2 position map switch option w/switch. Specifically told the sales guy, not Jamie, that I wanted to be able to switch back and forth at times for fuel economy as I had read about the expected 6-7 mpg fuel loss.
When it arrived it did not have the map switch. I called the guy and he said that would be more $$ as that was not part of the price he quoted me. I didn't have a confirmation e-mail or anything so it was his word against mine.
Fuel Moto doesn't make Harleys, Fuel Moto makes Harleys better.

The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Afte going to their website I still had a question or two. I called them and after discussing a few things, was quoted a price. The price seemed very fair especially since it was my understanding the price included the switch and ability to change between maps. I gave the guy my cc info and the deal was done.
I received the package promptly and with the help of a friend, the install of the pipes and stage 1 was easy thanks to very clear instructions. However, no dual map switch was included. I called my original salesman back thinking maybe that part was overlooked when the order was shipped. I was told that the quote did not include that optional accessory. After rehashing the original call/order placement he didn't remember it the same way I did.
I accepted the fact that I screwed up when I did not get the quote in writing before giving him my cc info and completing the purchase over the phone. So rather than bitch to Jaime, I let the matter go as it was my fault.
So, I did not blast them, rag on them or tell anybody not to buy anything from them. I simply suggested to the OP not to screw up like I did and make sure you know what you're getting and what you're paying for. This goes for any company not just Fuel Moto.
I am happy with the pipes/setup and accept the lower mpg as a trade off for a better running bike.
