You likely won't need a follow-up tune on the PCV if you buy it from FM, as their installed maps are very accurate.

Ditto. They're great at getting you what you want and that will work with your setup. Great people to work with and will answer any questions you have (even if they may be a "dumb" question)

I talked to them on the phone and ordered/paid for new V&H pipes, PC-V (retro) for my '07, Stage 1. They quoted price for all that plus 2 position map switch option w/switch. Specifically told the sales guy, not Jamie, that I wanted to be able to switch back and forth at times for fuel economy as I had read about the expected 6-7 mpg fuel loss.

When it arrived it did not have the map switch. I called the guy and he said that would be more $$ as that was not part of the price he quoted me. I didn't have a confirmation e-mail or anything so it was his word against mine.
Sorry that you had a problem with FuelMoto, but you won't find many on here that have had a problem with them. Great bunch to to do business with.

Like those old BASF commercials:

Fuel Moto doesn't make Harleys, Fuel Moto makes Harleys better.

Fule Moto is great to deal with, got my Jackpots with power commander and big sucker air cleaner from them 2 years ago, last week got my cams and cam conversion kit thru them, Jamie took the time to explain the different cam set\ups and what would be best for my riding style and how it would effect the performance of the bike, he was on the phone with me for at least 45 min. the whole set\up was here in 3 days

I've had great experiences with Fuelmoto. I'm real happy with the headpipe, muffler, breather, PCV combo I purchased. Fuel map was right on

I decided on changing pipes and settled on V&H Big Shot duals so I began searching for the best price. Also, I had read many of the positive posts on the forums about Fuel Moto and I thought that I'd get a fuel management system and change everything all at the same time.

Afte going to their website I still had a question or two. I called them and after discussing a few things, was quoted a price. The price seemed very fair especially since it was my understanding the price included the switch and ability to change between maps. I gave the guy my cc info and the deal was done.

I received the package promptly and with the help of a friend, the install of the pipes and stage 1 was easy thanks to very clear instructions. However, no dual map switch was included. I called my original salesman back thinking maybe that part was overlooked when the order was shipped. I was told that the quote did not include that optional accessory. After rehashing the original call/order placement he didn't remember it the same way I did.

I accepted the fact that I screwed up when I did not get the quote in writing before giving him my cc info and completing the purchase over the phone. So rather than bitch to Jaime, I let the matter go as it was my fault.

So, I did not blast them, rag on them or tell anybody not to buy anything from them. I simply suggested to the OP not to screw up like I did and make sure you know what you're getting and what you're paying for. This goes for any company not just Fuel Moto.

I am happy with the pipes/setup and accept the lower mpg as a trade off for a better running bike.
