I bought my '06 Street Glide used a year and a half ago and the previous owner installed these extra speakers on what I would call the eyebrow of my inner fairing. They work great and my dad always talks about how he would love a set. I have not been successful in my search for the manufacturer or have I had any luck finding anyone who sells anything similar to these online.
Would anyone know who the manufacturer is or where I can buy some online? Any help is greatly appreciated.
they're the hogtune tweeter pods. i have them on my 08 streetglide, and it made a big improvement on the sound of the stereo. far better than just the main speakers working on their own.
If your really looking for some pro Hawg stereo advise. you need to get hold of sidecar cycles. these guys have the the stereo that would rock any bike. My new 2011 will be visiting them for the stereo upgrade with Focal speakers, Hawg wired amps, Apline mp3 deck with handle bar ipod control. I think they are a member of HDforums. Or search side car cycle in google
Sheeet everyone here knows what they are. Where the heck have you been?
Believe it or not I have never run across them before. I was convinced that I was the only guy in L.A. that even had them! Never seen them before on anyones bike at any of the local destinations out here.
I just ordered them for my dad on Amazon.com for $165.00. Hogtunes website price was $189.95. Hopefully they get here in time for Christmas.
Thanks again for everyone's help. They were much easier to find once I knew what in the hell to search for!
