Thank's for all of Your replies, and I will have it fixed before riding again. As Faast Ed mentioned I have the ESP with tire coverage. Has anyone had experience at having tires replaced under the ESP?
The tire coverage clearly states no coverage if less than 3/32 of tread depth. In your case, it should be covered with NO deductible, as stated in the contract.
You can bet they will measure the very lowest spot they can find on the tire. Keep your fingers crossed with that 3/32.5 you measued.
I had two rear tires replaced with the coverage. 1st, the evening I picked up the bike back in late 08 it had a bolt driven into it. No idea how that got in, I think from a RR crossing as it was old, ugly and huge. The 2nd early 09 (April I think) from a nail.
Both times, different dealers 1800 miles apart, no questions and no fuss. New tire and tube both times.

Thank You, I could'nt find My contract, but I think You are correct. I will call the dealer tomorrow. I'm am PO'd that I cannot ride today, weather here is Great!
Think how PO-ed you'd be if you hadn't noticed it and been out in the middle of Bum-fak and had it go all the way flat, or worse, maybe going down the interstate about 90 and have it go out.. I'd say you should count your lucky stars... JMO..
A friend picked up a nail like yours and the dealer promptly replaced the tire. Most dealers won't accept the liability of plugging a tire. If the dealer is worth their salt, you shouldn't have a problem.
If the dealer replaces the rear tire under the ESP, I will pay to have front one replaced, as it is slightly under 3/32. Either way I will have both tires replaced. Again Thank You all for Your comments. Might be doing San Diego in May to see My Navy son, will need good Rubber.
