Anyone done this upgrade on a 10 or 11 Electraglide? Are you happy with it? Talked to a local builder/tuner and he recommends doing this over just a cam, intake /exhaust/PC V upgrade. Kinda pricey upgrade but he is a very well known builder/tuner here in KC and I trust him. Quoted 8 hours labor at $100 an hour. I was going to wait another year until my warranty expired but these things stock are so gutless I'm not sure I can wait. Any input is appreciated.
Check and see if any of the shops are offering "winter pricing"? When I had the stage II 103 done on my 2010 Street glide last year the dealer I went with had a special that included big bore kit, se pst, labor, and dyno tune for about $2000. It was assumed most bikes already had an exhaust system and air filter, so those were extra. Total cost for my project was a little over $3200 with exhaust and all the adds (oil cooler and a couple other trinkets).

I love my SE 103 kit. Night and day difference over the stock 96. That being said, you can do pretty well just getting a tuner, tune and cam for the 96. You will be about 7 or 8 hp and 7 or 8 ft lbs of torque less than the 103 depending on the cam. I wouldn't pay the money again for the 103 knowing what I do now, but I am still happy if that makes any sense. I'm at about 90 hp and 100ft lbs of torque with the 103 and 255 cam. My numbers would be higher with a different exhaust, but I wanted more sound so I gave up a little power going with true duals vs power duals.
