Another Arc KS125.2 user I picked up on Ebay for $160 used over 2yrs ago. Had Arc in two different bikes and it's still going strong. I've tried and heard different brands of speakers but been happy with Focal to date.
Thanks for your suggestion, and I know that you have awesome prices compared to other vendors, but it's still $350 just for an amp. I'm trying to get out at a reasonable price. What sucks is not being able to hear a J&M amp next to one that was designed for a car and seeing if it's really worth the extra $200. I know that supply and demand, along with manufacturers' costs, dictates the price, but it seems like these motorcycle specific manufacturers think they're selling gold bricks instead of amps.
I feel the same way. As I already have Hogtunes speakers I'll
probably buy their amp after the 1st of the year.I hope it's
enough power.
Arc 125.2 , J&M, Wetsounds, and Elf are the same amp. Buy the one you can find cheapest. Don't feel you have to run MC speakers. I am running Infinity and they sound great. They sound better than the Arc speakers I had in.
Just don't forget the additional "value" afforded by the J&M Amplifier kits, with the santitary mounting bracket systems and complete plug-n-play wiring harnesses ,,,,,
