Default The Blackout process is getting closer to completion

Been working on the blackout process of the Ultra Classic. Here are the latest pics. Any ideas would be great. The wheels will be next!!!

Have you thought about removing the front bumper and rails ? Kinda gives it that Pseudo Street Glide Fender look.

Not a fan of the blackout process, but yours looks good. Since you are looking at ideas, have you thought about replacing the tires with ones without white sidewalls?

Yes, have replaced the rear, just waiting to wear out the front a little more. Have a front tire in the garage ready to go on. Plan on powder coating the wheels then putting the tire on.

I was wallowing around on the garage floor to remove mine and decided to do it when I replace the tire in a couple thousand miles. There's a couple of thin metal tabs that you have to bend over to loosen the bolts holding the rails. many have done it with the wheel on or deflate the tire first.
I'm old out of shape and lost patience somewhere around the fourth trip to the tool box, decided to wait til tire time.
