the dealer said they did a charging test and it was ok--said the battery had a dead cell----I was not there so I can only take their word---so far no problems---I'll check it out for myself tomorrow.

You can't bump start a fuel injected bike if you can't get enough battery power for the injectors. It's not like bump starting a carbed bike.

He told you to Bump start it??? You can't bump start an EFI bike if the battery is totally dead. You need a charge to run the fuel pump etc etc.
Trust me.. 6 friends and I tried. Felt pretty stupid afterward.
