35 degrees in my driveway this morning in SoCal. 28 degrees on the drive through Santiago Canyon on the way to work. We are going to have record cold and wind this hoilday weekend, but the suns going to be out. I have warm enough riding gear and a windshield so I'm going riding. Maybe out to Borrego Springs in the desert.
It will be 35 and sunny today, but unfortunately, not warm enough to melt the ice that accumulated on the roads yesterday. I'm dying to go for even a short ride, but it's gonna have to warm up a little more than that to get the ice off the streets in my neighborhood. Once you're on the arterials, you're golden, it's the neighborhood streets that are treacherous.
