Call Chuck at C&C Seats and ask him to send you one that's had a nose job done on it. 866-775-2100

Thanks Tony. I assumed there were people on here that did it and enjoyed it and it has worked well for them. Everyone has there opinions. I actually don't need it because of my height I'm 6-4. I like how it looks more than anything just didn't want to throw my handling totally out the window. I am looking to get a new seat though I dont really care for how the stock one looks

Oops! Sorry bout that - thought it was because you couldn't reach the ground. Man I envy you - 6'4!!! I'd have to stand on a 12" cinder block to be that tall! lol!

If I'd had the option to reach the ground after lowering the back and putting the 21" front wheel on I would've never lowered the front end. I liked the attitude of the bike being higher in the front than the rear and it didn't seem to affect the handling but it didn't work for me when it was time to get on or off.

Good luck with whatever you decide. Oh, if you talk to Chuck at C&C about a seat you can forget asking for the nose job - you don't need it. Send some pictures when you're done.

Tony

Did manage to rub the cable running inside the rear fender to my tail lights .. Had to have that replaced and I took the lowering blocks off. I went with the Burley Slammer kit to lower my front 2" and rear 1'. Works well for me, eventho the rides is a tad stiffer.

For me, my '07 StreetGlide handles better than when it came off the show room floor.
