Has anyone done or thought about adding a second tour-pak keyed lock to the rear latch? Looks like it could be done, but wondering if anyone has ever done it. Do you all think it's even needed or overkill.
Already have the premium hinges on the other side, but I can still lift the lid pretty high even when the front lock is locked. I can order a second lock keyed alike to the rest of the bike.

 

would be a good idea..you can get anouther lock for less then $20 with 2 extra keys matched to your bike..you might have to buy some extra plates to be complete(cant picture it cus my box has been sitting in the corner for a while), shouldnt be that expensive..

 

I think it is just over kill. Locks are only meant to keep honest people honest. The thief will get it in if you had deadbolts on it. That is why we pay for insurance. As long as it is locked, you are covered.
