Need tires
I have a 09 ultra classic,I'm about ready to put new tires on.Can someone direct me on where to buy them.I would like to stay with the the stock Dunlap ,But will consider others.Dealer prices are ridiculous. What about the new the touring tires?

If you can mount and balance your own it will save you a ton of cash in your lifetime. I know some will scold me for it but im gonna go ahead and recommend the Harbor Freight motorcycle tire changer...........I share one with a coworker and for under $100 it works great. We have changed dozens of sets of tires with it. We also bought a balancer for about $100.
I just switched from 402s to Elite 3s and fell in love with them. A huge step up from the Dunlop 402s. I got them on sale for $100 a piece.

Try the ME88- Metzlers. I have heard from many they make the bike handle much better and are LONG lasting. I like the handle better part. Good Luck in your search

That sounds like a good idea to buy the tire changer and d.i.y. I know a guy that payed around 600 bucks at the dealer for two tires. Thats way too much. I am wondering if Discount tire could balance them the dynamic balancer is way better then the regular static weight balance.
