Default air shocks

anybody know where to get air valve that mounts right to shock it's self seen them somewhere! that way i can air them up without taking saddlebag off. tryed the ones that screw on to stock valves but not high enough!!got them off e-bay. thanks guys ride safe and have good new year!!

Not sure where to get direct mount valves but I wrote a thread a couple weeks ago about relocating the original valve. If you're interested take a look for a thread titled "Relocated the Air Shock Valve".

Ive got some adapters that turn up 90 degrees that screw onto the stock valves....work perfect. I think i bought them on ebay.

hey goose, i'm not sure which year your bike is, but i know that the 08's use tubing from one shock to the other and also have a fill valve that is attached to the left side of the bike accessable by opening the left saddlebag lid. the bracket bolts on right behind the top of the left shock so it's easy to get to. no need to remove the saddlebag at all, and there's just one fill valve that way. check the 08 or newer models, you may be able to retrofit that system to yours. it sure makes adjusting pressure a lot easier.

Same on my 2010. Just lower the left bag lid and the air valve is accessible at top of shock and no need to remove the bag. Very easy to do if you're bike has the same fill location.

Also having one valve for both shocks eliminates the need to try to fill both with the same pressure for balance.
