My 02 Ultra dropped 2"
I bought this kit from Road 6 Customs on ebay. It was $44.95. It took me all of about 20 minutes to install. I rode it new years eve and new years day for a total of about 200 miles and everything is doing great. I love the lower COG. Pictures arent great but all i have is the camera on my droid.

I just put the same kit on my 2009 FLHTP - so far I love it.
I pumped the air shocks up to 30# of pressure on the recommendation of the dude at R6C - rides fine with no dragging around corners (and I also have the 1" extensions on my floorboards - moving them out & away from the frame).
I'm going to keep an eye on tail light wiring just in case, but I'm glad I made this change.
(only took me 17 minutes - but I had some mighty strong coffee in my system)

Thanks, It drags the boards a little bit more than before but its not in every corner. Only whenever im going fast and really leaning it hard.

They have the link above, My favorite part about it is that i can go either 1", 2", or 3". I have it at 2 right now but i think i might try the 3.
