Head phone jack?
Is it possible to wire in a head phone jack to the HD radio. I ride with a full face helmet and typically use ER-6 ear plug speakers with my Roady XM radio. I have just bought a 07 SG and would like to have a radio jack. Anybody done this mod? Roop

For sure you can do it ... if you don't mind the speakers on at the same time (simple way). You can solder some pigtails onto the speaker connections or splice into the outputs. As far as having the speakers off when the headphones are on, you would have to get a more complicated jack (they exist) that breaks the circuit to the speakers and reroutes the signal to the headphones. Radio Shack sells the jacks. I'm guessing you would mount this jack in your fairing, right? Get one with a rubber plug that will keep moisture out when your not using it.
