I bought a Dual Touring seat for my Ultra in 2002 and they sent me a Dual Tourer for a Road King. I called them to correct the issue and they immediately sent out another seat but forgot the return reciept and UPS label for the RK seat.
I called them twice and sent a follow up email addressed to Mike Corbin.....got absolutely no response.
After a year of waiting I sold the RK seat to a buddy for $350 which he still bitch's about to this day, he says I got it for free but made him pay for it.....
I said no I gave Corbin ~$1100.00 for the seat and backrests I ordered so I ended up with my new seat set up from Corbin for 30% off he got his at 50% off so quit whining because I gave him the deal of deals........
if you call corbin, they will 'custom' the seat to your specs, height, weight, etc. but yes, it is expensive to order direct from corbin. best thing would be to ride in to hollister and have the seat totally custom made for you.
next best thing, call dr vtwin, i was talking with him earlier about ordering a seat from corbin, through them, customized to my specs, and with a discount over corbins pricing....
(didn't get the seat, but not because of anything drv did, just didn't have the extra funds)
