Ride it or Flip it. You either like it or not. Too expensive to put it back as a classic unless you can find a buyer for your bags/tins.

I'd look for a used 4" set of slipons, and a one up solo seat. Sell the rotor covers to help offset the costs and ride the chit out of it.

If you like it strip it down next winter and re-paint it or I'd sell it.

That bike is a conundrum ( sp?); kinda like a really fat, ugly woman with huge, beautiful tatas. You just can't stop lookin' and you go back and forth between disgust and lust.
