I'm not sure if this is the correct area of the forum for this, but I just wanted to tell everyone how kick-*** Milwaukee Harley Davidson is. Not only did those guys go out of their way to assist me with my puchase, but they got to the shop today 2 hours earlier than it opened so that I could get loaded up and on the road, because I had a 463 mile drive home with the bike, and needed to be home by 6:00.

They are absolutely going to be the 1st on my list when I'm in the market to buy my next HD.

That's awesome! Wish other dealers had that kind of customer commitment.

Alot of businesses could learn from this.

Congrats! It's always good to hear about dealers going above and beyond! I am fortunate to have a great dealer in my area so I don't have to drive 463 miles!!

You know the part that gets me is that it takes a shitty economy for most shops to provide the service equivalent to the price we pay... the formula as I see it is premium product \ premium price \ premium service. Do I want my *** kissed a little? damn right I do, or discount the price heavily!
