Has any used 90 degree valve stems on any touring model wheels. I called the dealer to see if they sell them and was told that it would hit the brake caliper.

They will not hit the brake caliper, I have an 09 SG and I don't have any trouble with them. You can get them all over the internet from about $5 to $35.
I put them on my Road Glide and love them. Can rotate them to make them easier to access with no leaking problems. One of the best things done to my bike.

For RKC owners, I have them and no problems - nice to have.
I'm a little confused on this. Are we talking about a 90 deg. tubeless tire valve stem or some kind of 90 deg. add-on to the existing stem (would work on wire wheels with tubes)? It's a little hard to get the air hose on my Classic with the wire wheels.
I know Honda sells a 90 tubeless tire valve stem but I don't know if the hole in the cast wheel is the same size as a Harley. I think they're all the same size but I'm not positive.
