Default New handlebars for '10 Ultra

I know this is a personal taste thing, but the stock bars are too low and forward for me on long rides. I'm looking for some baby apes that will bring my hands just to the fairing top and back a bit. I've checked out harleys "tall" bars and don't care for them. I'm 5' 11" and most of my height is from the waist up. Tired of bending over. Suggestions appreciated

Krome Werks tall wide sweepers. I had them , but am now doing apes, in the order of 13" or 14" the KW bars were good, but I want higher.

Wild 1 575's will put you about the top of the fairing. However, if you are long in the torso, I would recommend the Wild 1's 577's. I'm 6' and they are very comfortable for me. Don't think I would want anything lower.

I hope you're correct, installing the 577's this week. I'm like a 6'0 Yosemite Sam.

Hey PhlatKat, go Hill Country Custom web site. They have alot of bars to pick from, kits also. Very reasonable and nice guys to deal with.

I don't have any connection with at all, just have bought several bars from them.

Default Thanks To All

Thanks folks I'm going to look into some of these. I'm just trying to keep the grips at shoulder level or a little below. I'm diabetic and have crappy circulation. Full on apes wouldn't work for me. Anybody got pictures of their bars on their bikes? thanks again, Jay
