...they used to come stock from the factory on the older Touring bikes. I can really tell a difference with it vs. without. I have one installed one on my 2009 RK and it helps eliminate the buffeting.
Not on my 2009 Ultra, but it makes a great ashtray for the garage.
I replaced the fairing deflectors by Freedom Wings & Freedom Wings Plus and they cut much more buffeting than the stock deflectors and fork baffle.

+1 Took all 3 to make my glasses quit danceing on my face. Some people may not notice any difference based on the setup of their bike, thier height, helmet/no helmet, style of helmet, and/or style of eyewear. Too many varibles here to tell you for sure it will make a difference, but for 25 bucks it's not too hard on the pocket if it doesn't. It's chrome and looks like it belongs there anyway.
