Will the jiffy stand hold your body weight if you use the floorboards to mount the bike. I have short legs and it sure would make it easier if I could trust it to hold my weight (225 lbs.).
My wife gets on with the jiffy stand down, but I am there on the other side holding on to the bike. But it has never given any indication that it won't hold. Good luck.

There have been days where I have been tired and sore and it was easier to just step on the floorboard and swing the leg over the seat. Never had a problem with it.
