Installing Passenger Grab Rails

I just got a new FLHTC. When the SO got on, she noticed there were no grab rails. Our old '89 came with them stock so I didn't notice they were missing. Now I see they are add ons for about a buck and a quarter. I had the seat off yesterday to hook up the battery tender pig tail but don't recall seeing a spot where they bolt on. Is drilling and rear wheel removal required to add these babies?

Don't know about the 07's but the 06's had the mounting studs there you just removed the existing nuts and dropped it in place.

Note, if you have the two position King Tour Pack you must move it to the most rearward position for the grab bar handles to clear the rear speaker housings.

They mount the same as the previous years. I have an extra set if you're interested in them.

I've got my take off grab rails too. Don't plan on ever putting them back on as they don't fit with my Mustang touring saddles; and I'm never going back to a stock harley seat. Can be had for much much less than what Woodchuck says they are going for.
