I took the plunge and purchased the Kuryakyn TTS tuner for my bike.
So far as I know, it is a stock bike aside from the K&N filter and aftermarket slip-on exhasut without baffles which were installed by the Previous Owner.
Traditionally, I'd get about 170 miles to the tank but upon a suggestion from a friend, I removed the stock air box and I saw my fuel mileage decrease to around 130 mi/tank.
I figured I must've allowed it to breathe more than the ECU was prepared for when I removed the air box, so I figured I'd get a tuner.
I can download my stock setup, upload any of the pre-configured setups and it all works fine until I try and collect realtime data with something called VTune.
When I try and record VTune data, on the Histogram, all of my indicators turn green except for the AFR. AE, DE, and both F and R O2 Activity shows green - however the yellow WAITING window never changes to green GOOD and the AFR window remains yellow.
If anybody knows, please let me know how to fix this. I've sent an email into Kuryakyn tech support. Hopefully they'll get back to me...
You have all the afr cells maxed on your installed map? Also the engine temperature must be at least 165 degrees before it will record data. The other thing to check is the radio button is set to Big Twin VE Setup, assuming your bike is a big twin.
