After running into thick fog on the BRP and Skyline Drive late last summer, I decided I needed more visibilty on the rear. I like the clean lines of the SG so did not want to add loads of lights, and I already have the Brightass Back light. I found black 3M Reflective sheets. Rather than just stick on some strips I did this. The bike is black pearl in color so you do not notice until the light hits it.
Can you see me now????
Yes. Found a Skull pic online, printed and cut out pieces. Have to be patient and make sure you get all the air bubbles out when you apply. If not, slit them with a razor blade and squeegee.
I got the sheets from Cyclegadgets. They sell pre cut kits for the BMW Sport Cruiser crowd. They also sell a two sheet (8 x 10) packet for $20.00. I used less than a full sheet to cut out all the pieces. Design can be as simple or as intricate as you want. I have Skull motifs elsewhere on the Bike so I went with this. Ace of Spades, Playing cards, Daggers, Glock, Dice.......
