Default Hertz Speakers

I am just wondering if anyone is running Hertz speakers. If yes which ones are you running and how do they sound. I have the J&M's and not really happy with the sound. I have it hooked up to the Arc amp before any asks. Don't want to start a bashing thread just looking for some feedback. Thank in advance!

I have the Hertz 6X9's (HCX 690), I am running an after market fairing, Dragon Fly, had to remove the rubber boots covering the magnets because the magnets are so big the speakers are 4.5 lbs ea. they are loud and clean, powered by an Arc Audio Mini, and Kenwood head unit. Contact Wayne at myhawgrocks.com he is a straight shooting guy and stands behind his products.

CC,

Just type the word " hertz " into the search bar.

It will list all threads that mention the word HERTZ.

Grunt66, puzzled, massHD, andyp, and 1sweetglide08 all have the Hertz. You could try to send them a PM for more info !!

Yes Glacier, I totally agree. Just don't like to spend money on trial and error basis. Thanks

I have 6.5 inch Hertz speaker and really like how they sound. I'm also using the ARC mini amp. I was at a bike show in New York this weekend and heard the J&M's...they were loud but not clean and very little bass. Just remember any speaker you decide on, bass will be hard to get when riding. The Hertz speakers sounds great when in the garage and good when riding, that's the best I can describe them.

I too have the Hertz 6.5" speakers behind the Arc Mini. Very clean and plenty loud. I also set the gains at about 25% so I could use the AVC. They work great with the AVC and I have yet to hear another set-up that would give me the incentive to change it over to something else.

Thanks Sweetglide and Leftcoaster. You guys basically answered my questions. I know I will not get a lot of bass, but I was looking for sound quality.
