Has anyone tried this? It says it will let you use hand controls to operate you Idevice so you can listen to tunes going down the road. Is there any other product out there that will do that?

Hi guys, What does the display on the iphone or ipod look like when playing itunes through Boom ipod interface. Mine displays the proper info on the HK headunit but on the iphone5 it just displays the album or song that was there when the iphone was connected. It does not change and display the current songs or artist that IS displayed on the headunit. Is this normal?

Yes it's normal. Mine does the same thing. The only time I even look at the screen on mine is if I'm running the GPS.
