Default NIM wiring ??

I've installed a NIM with a Road Tech zumo 660 on my 09 Road Glide FLTR. I've seen several posts that state when connecting the 5 wires from the NIM wiring harness that #4 and #19 need to be switched. The instructions state red/blue wire terminal into cavity #4 and the tan/blue wire terminal into cavity 19. I've been reading that's incorrect and needs to be red/blue - into #19 and tan/blue - into #4. Any input, confirmation or rebuttal would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to know before I reattaching my fairing?? Thanks

What is the revision date on your instructions? I did the install on my Ultra, & the date on my sheet was 2010-09-14. Everything seems to be working correctly, although some of the pins are for the iPod Interface, & that is where some have had problems. I did not install the iPod interface.

If your instruction sheet is dated 2010-09-14, you're probably good.

Let me know if I need to list the pins/colors from my sheet...

Carl, Thanks for the attached instructions. Mine are dated 6/10 and are different. I'm going to try a Harley tech line to get a clarification on what is accurate. I can't believe how messed up there tech info is when buying Harley branded product. As a do-it-yourself guy it's hugely frustrating but I can see why the dealer charges so much --- The consumer is paying for the service technician's learning curve. That's just craziness and quite frankly unacceptable!

Rev 2010-09-14 is the most recent and per Harley customer service accurate. Thanks again Carl -- Looks like I'll be changing several wires and then buttoning up the project.
