Well I said I would; and I'll continue to post names of companies and employees that go beyond the "norm" with quality products and customer service.
Have started to convert all my lights to LED's on my scoot; and after reading "pages" on this forum, doing my own research and price comparsions I have to recommend -
Custom Dynamics for product and price
and
Dave for technical assistance.
Great products and more importantly Great customer service.

I have to agree, I bought a set of there (plasma) lights for the back of my 2010 FLTRX at Biketoberfest, 2 days after I got home one side went out. I had no idea what I did with the reciept. Gave them a call sent the unit back, within the week I had a new unit. I will probably go all LED this spring and they are #1 on my list right now.
Hmmm...wish I had better luck. I ordered plasma rods and a couple other sets of leds this week. There was no note of backorder when I ordered. The next day I received an email that the plasma rods were "in production" and would be ready in "about" 14 working days (3 weeks) before they are shipped. The other lights were in stock but they would not send them to me until the plasma rods were ready unless I paid an additional shipping charge. I am not complaining about the backorder as I have my own business and things like that happen. However, myself and my suppliers do not charge an extra shipping charge when it is our mistake and we have already collected the customer's payment. This is not good customer service and an $8.00 additional shipping charge on a $225 order makes the difference between a satisfied customer and a very disgruntled and inconvenienced customer.
Yes, I too have not had much luck with them. I ordered a set of LED passing lamps for my Ultra and when I placed the order no mention was made about them not being in stock so I get an E mail telling me they would ship in a week, no problem but then a week turned into two so I requested and recieved a refund. Lack of communication on their part.
