Have an 06 Ultra with stage one and rheinharts. Was running very rough at low speed, coughing etc. I had the old injectors so dealer switched over to new ones and seemed to solve the problem. Was also getting alot of decel popping. I have put on about 5k since and the problem seems to be returning. Runs like crap in first and second but great at highway speeds. Still pops on decel. Had it dynoed and all the numbers seem to be better than average and air fuel mix is right on. I don't have a sert or pc111 or a dfo...any advice appreciated.
Ditto. YOU NEED A PCIII OR SERT. Your bike cannot run right without modifying the fuel curve after changing these critical parts. It's a wonder it runs at all.....
My bro in law had the same issue when he bought his '05 RKC.The dealer installed A/C and V&H slip ons and no tuner(PClll OR SERT).Had the same problems.Finnaly they installed a PClll/dyno to correct problem.
You must have a dealer installed download at least, PCIII or even vance and hines fuel pack would cure all that, download works good on the SE mufflers but Rhinhardts are way more open and the dealer download is not going to work good.
ok i have had the download with the new 25 degree injectors, and want put on pc111, big sucker and RH true duals, any advise anyone done it with new 25 injectors and what download did you use. Thanks
Dealer install PC3?? You gettin' it dyno'd too? Why pay them to do something this simple. If you can connect a printer to a computer, you can install your own PC.

The only thing the dealer download is good for is removing cash from your bank account.
