No oil around the threads, it all over the top with the wires,
Will still be a 5 minute fix. Unscrew the sensor, put locktite thread seal on the new one and screw it in. Less work than a spark plug.
Might check to be certain oil isn't dripping from above. Sometimes heat cycles on a new motor will loosen a rocker cover - also a 5 min wrench job. Happens to all motors.

It's a Harley. They will leak. A (then new) 2005 Ultra Classic I use to own had porosity in the engine cases and leaked like a sieve. With only 3,200 miles on the clock, the motor had to be rebuilt with new cases. The worked was done under warranty. Down time was two weeks.
Nothing like getting one with a built in leak from the foundry/factory.
