As vtwinbmx noted, the Dyna and DBW Touring have completely different ECM's so the unit will not work. The unit from your Dyna will work on 04-11 Dyna, 01-11 Softail (some applications require a different ECM tray) and 02-07 Touring models you just need to use the correct map and firmware
