That I now own my dream bike - a 2009 RKC. The bike is in Virginia Beach, which is 3 hours away. I just haven't had the time to go out there and get it. My buddy who looked at it for me is going to keep it in his garage until I can make it out there.
I own a Harley. It's like I'm having some kind of out of body experience....
Congrats on the new RK and hope you get to pick-up soon. I'm guessing you looked the bike over before purchasing...sure she's a beaut. I'd be too anxious & would've figured a way to get it same day.
Gonna be a decent weekend in the area and if it were me I would be on my way already to pick it up. Might stop at a HD shop and at least pick up a pair of Gerbing gloves if nothing else but I like to be comfortable when I ride. Best of luck with the new scoot!!!
When I picked up my RK I had to fly in from the UK to Savannah and then ride it to Tampa where I keep it, I rode 354 miles that day so a 3 hour ride should be a walk in the park!
