I have a 2009 Street Glide with a 103 Stage II motor By T-Man. Right now I have 4" Rinhart's that I plan on keeping.
I have true dual headers that lead into the stock smashed crossover. I want to get Vance & Hines headers but not sure on which ones. Power duals or Dresser dual headers.
Heres my question(s): Which header will get the best perfrmance and from you guys that already have them is the crossover a full pipe or is it still smashed like the stock crossover ?
Thanks in advance guys.
I can't speak for the Dresser Duals, but I put the Power Duals on my SG. The crossover is not as flat as stock, letting more exhaust to the left side. I noticed an increase in power, and sound from stock, but the "Power Chamber" just makes it another 2-1-2 system, not true duals. BTW I'm running V+H twin slash ovals. Sound is awesome!
