Since I ordered a 07 SG, I am a little worried with all the trans problems everyone seems to be complaining about. It seems to be the luck of the draw, some are noise some are not. I guess I will find out. After all the add on I think my bike will be around 30,000 dollars Canadian( that tax, pdi ect.) Hate to spend all that money and be disappointed. I went to test ride one, but couldnt because of rain that day, so the dealer cancelled test drive day. Still very excited about the new bike, to bad winters coming by the time I get the bike, I wont be able to ride till next year
The bike is very nice but if you get a problem one like some of us here, expect to spend most of your personal time fighting with customer service, being told its the way you ride, the lack of support, filing out alot of paperwork to legal agencys,Receiving high phone bills, riding your bike to dealer alot etc......If you get a good one, youre lucky and enjoy it.Right now its a tough choice.

you would think HD would be more accomidating since this problem seems to be wide spread
Get the bike and don't worry about it. If you have any issues, take it and get it repaired, you have 2 years of warranty, use it if you need to. I love my '07 SG and I wouldn't trade it for any other year........obviously
