Hi EricD10563,
Which model do you use and how long does it take to inflate the tire?
This is what I have Slime 40001 Power Sport Tire Inflator
http://www.amazon.com/Slime-40001-Po...7958646&sr=8-6 it takes a while to inflate a tire and where the hose connects to the compressor gets really hot, but it has not failed be yet and I have power in my saddlebag so hook up is easy just plug in and I'm ready to use.
I too have a Slime compressor and a plug kit I bought at Pepboys, luckily Ive never had to use it. I end up buying a new kit every year because the glue in the tube dries out from sitting. I hear BMW makes a real trick tire kit, I may check it out before this years trip. Ive always heard to stay away from the CO2 cartridges, that they are not very good.

Hi EricD10563,
Thanks for your input. I just ordered the inflator... 43 USD delivered at my door
There are several tire inflators sold over here but none of them look so slick. Is there a shelf life for the tubeless tire repair kit you have?
Last weekend I tensioned my drive belt using only my road side tool kit and decided to buy a cool tire repair kit plus a battery free LED light source that can also power my cell phone. Removing the rear wheel will be a different story
