While $99 is expensive, it's right in line with everything else we put on our bikes.
The OEM Chrome brackets with the caps are about $160MSRP, I have sold 2 sets of these recently for $100 each, so if you are willing to part with your stockers this can be an easy even swap...Ordered these for 20% ($80)off this morning, be here next week
Here's a few pics that I took of my bike with my cell phone today. They aren't the best, as it's tight between the fairing and tank to get some good pictures. I did try to get a shot of the turn signal studs to give an idea of how long they are. I used the factory acorn nuts to cover them, but there is still a gap, but looks better than the regular nylon nut that comes with the brackets.

Reason: Update Info
with the HF mount does the fairing still touch the glove boxes? Also anyone know if the new fairing angle helps with the wind at all? I can get the 10' mounts for 140 ish and i am going to have to take the fairing off to change my forks/handle bars anyways but if i could save a few bucks by getting this i would be down!
You could get by with the 2010 frame bracket & use the HF brackets & then sell your brackets, would probably be the cheapest. I don't think the angle change is as important as the raise of 1" is, allowing a 1" lower WS with the same coverage. The HF brackets by themselves aren't going to change the fairing to lower clearance.

yeah i know it won't change it but the lowers fit without changing the brakets but the caps don't they hit the brackets. If you cut the caps and don't mind the glove boxes touching the fairing they fit fine without changing parts. I might just cut the caps too. There was a post on roadglide.org about adding lowers without changing the brackets.
I still need to lose the heavy breather too though before i put my lowers on.
