Default Security light

My 06 SG did the same thing. noticed at the same time when i hit my right turn it flashed real fast for a second then quit. ended up being the right front turn buld had too much goop at the base and was not making good conection. My fob batt. went dead just the other day. Nice weather for central IL. went for short 20 Mi. ride. bike ran fine, when i got home tried to set the security on and fob would not so changed batt. and cured it. Why didnt the bike quit while i was riding i have no idea.

Everything functioned as it should while I was riding. With, of course, the exception of the light being on the whole time. I have cleared the codes and replaced the fob batteries. However, With a bit of snow now on the ground and rain predicted for this weekend, it may be a while before I can give it a real test to see if all is well.
