When I installed the amp and speakers in my '08 I replaced the brackets with the newer ones #58938-96c and 58939-96c,about $10 apiece. Mine were't broken yet,but figured with the heavier Titans it would be a matter of time.I reshaped the upgraded ones and added the 1/2" nylon spacers I made that went between the speakers and the brackets.This allowed the brackets to clear the magnets,naturally it took longer screws.After looking at the manual on my '10 Limited the brackets look like the old ones in the picture,hope not.I couldn't find the part #'s in my new manual.If you do a search on broken fairing brackets you'll find it's a real common problem with both the horiz. and verticle brackets .Hopefully not on newer models.I haven't had the outer fairing off the Limited yet so not sure how it's set up.

I believe the ones from '08 and earlier were the shitty ones like I had in my bike. Assuming we're talking about the fairing brackets. I think they changed them in '09, although I could be wrong. When I had my 10K done I found out that I had two broken fairing brackets. They replaced all four of them with the updated ones.
