I ran down to the stealer after work today to purchase an Ipod interface for my 2010 Street Glide. After spending $400.00 you would think you would have everything needed to install... NOT. Come to find out I need another connector adapter (35 Pin) for another $20 to complete the install. After over pricing the interface you would think they would have the adapter included... or you think the stealer would have warned me that I might need the adpater so I could have purchased it.
Fits '06-later FLHT, FLHTC, FLHTCU, FLHTK, FLHTCUTG, FLHX, FLHXXX, FLTR, FLTRX, and FLTRU models equipped with an Advanced Audio radio. '06-later FLHX, FLTR, FLTRX, and FLHTC models and those not equipped with wiring harness P/N 70169-06 require the separate purchase of Connector Kit P/N 69200033.
From the description, the Street Glide does require a separate purchase of a connector kit.

You mean the connector that the catalog warns you that you will need?
Why should the guys with the bikes that don't require the connector have to buy one with the kit and throw it away? I don't think it is HD that sucks.
