Been thinking about upgrading from my 21 to a 23. I love the way they look, but I need to know a few things first.
I am running the progressive monotube shock kit at 2" lower and I plan to remove the stock fender. Will it still bottom out? I don't plan to do a rake kit, how much worse will it ride? I put an avg of 6k miles a year on my bike, should I leave it alone or go for it?

Thanks!
you don't need to lower your fork tube if ...
--> you add a triple tree with a 6° rake ( I think no changement in your original trail with a such rake )
I was trying to do this without changing the rake and I already have the lowering tubes installed. Just wondering how it would ride/handle with stock triple trees
