For anyone taking the time , money , & effort to replace the fairing speakers,..................they usually aren't putting back in a 5 1/4. Most guys go to a 6 1/2 or 7 1/4............just sayin'

Does Memphis offer those sizes ??

Yup, I have a kenwood deck/Arc amp and Memphis audio speakers in my FLHT. I started out with the 5-1/4"s and they sounded very nice. I couldn't resist temptation, so I bought Dragon concept 6.5" adapter rings and swapped out for 6.5 Memphis speakers. I have the components with additional tweeters mounted in the small guage openings. The sound is rich and full but it really can be debatable about the difference in sound quality. Lets face it, 65+mph down the road isn't conducive to audiophile sound quality.

I disagree...plenty of us out there with Hogtunes (or other brand) 5 1/4 upgraded fairing speakers and VERY happy with the results. I have no experience with Memphis Audio, but I know 5 1/4 Hogtunes with the Amp and Hogpod tweeter bar have me very satisfied with my audio performance...and many others.

Most guys ain't like you GLACIERPEARL....very nice system you have there though. Just not my thing.
