I would want to make sure it meets DOT specs, just in case you ever have an accident this may give insurance companies an excuse to NOT PAY.

That thing looks BEAUTIFUL. From what I can tell in the pics, the quality is first-rate. If that system works as advertised - I want one! Forget the 18" and 21" wheels, with this system you could chrome out your stock 16's, keep your ride quality and see the entire wheel. Brilliant idea.

Did a little bit of digging on this product......was told by the mfg that it would not fit with the stock Touring wheel....also only available in Polished finish so that may not look real great next to a chrome wheel. Each one is made to be compatible with specific wheel mfg like RC, Weld and PM.......definitely a really interesting new product and the technical specs on stopping power are a compelling reason to want to have it.
