Default fork lowers

just got my lowers back from monarch powder coating. they did a great job. looking for some reassembley tips.... I did not remove fork tubes from bike. i have a manual but can not figure out how to get the ignition switch off so i can exspose the top of the fork tubes. any one have any tips on how to get the switch off? also is the a trick to filling the tubes from top with out the stealers fancy tool?

Read your manual a little slower and take the switch off. Get a cheap syringe and a piece of small tubing to draw out excess fluid down to the spec height.

You're not going to be able to drive those fork seals home, forks still mounted in the trees, unless you have a "split seal driver."

If you read the Service Manual, you also saw where it gives the fork oil measurement in ounces.
Depending on model, it should be between 10.8 and 11.2 ounces, per leg.
These measurements work fine if you don't have the tool to drop in the leg and measure.
