New Mufflers installed
After three months of trying to decide which mufflers to buy I finally decided on the BUB Straight 8's.
Eastern Performance had a great deal on them on Ebay so I ordered them on Wednesday, recieved them late Friday and installed them yesterday.
These are great looking mufflers.... flawless chrome, great black end caps (chiseled style). I put them on in about 30 minutes.
I took the bike out for about a 15 minute ride to check them out after install. Very nice sound....very deep rumble, not too loud. I didn't have a piece of road where I could get on them but I think they're going to sound great under acceleration.
They're a little stinky right now...... I guess all the oils, etc. from manufacturing are "curing".
