Does anyone know the correct front and rear wheel bearings to a 2009 Ultra Classic with ABS brakes? I called Timken Bearings but got little help other than to try Auto Zone. I am showing a little bit of grease on my front wheel so I am a little concerned so I am going to change the bearings now. I have heard Timken is the best bearing you can buy.
Any input as to part number and \or suggestions for this would be appreciated.
I bought mine on Dennis Kirk. You can find a good set of All-***** bearings there. The Drag Specialties stuff might be All-*****, but I'm not 100% on that. Good call on the bearing replacement. For some reason the ones the dealers sell don't last long.
Thanks tj316. As I am finding out, Harley is the only ones who make bearings for the ABS model. To my knowledge, no one else makes them for this application.
Another good reason to avoid the abs. My front bearings lasted less than 5000 kilometers.HD stock abs and apparently made in China, China does not make good bearings! Timken bearings are decent.
Had my Bearings on my 09 Ultra 50K+ now .. Replacing when change the tires soon .. ABS is correct with 9252 .. The standard bearing is now numbered 9276A whether that means a New Vendor or Modification not sure ...

It means that the 9276 on the 2009's were/are prone to failing miserably!
If it is any consolation when I had my original Buell Firebolt tyres replaced a few months ago both bearings were past it. Fortunately they are a standard size and readily available from alternative brands......
